I went to look at a place on 147th st, which was nice, but the rent is $425. The space is vast, 3x the size of this room for which the rent is $325, ...I do have a raise coming, almost certainly... of $1000/12 * 0.85 or ~$70/mo
which would make it reasonable to have a rent of $395. Hmm. I have a while to decide. I should talk to the se rentan cuartos people. Money money money, money, money, money... someday it won't be an issue, but today, it is.

I should ask that youngster at the quaker meeting where he lives

Should I just get a bare-bones room, or one which a woman might want to spend time with me in? This last place qualifies. But it is more lonely than---?
