Yesterday at the base of fort tryon, near the fountain, the kids called me spiderman as I swung on the bars and asked me to do things over and over again, which were easy for me. One fat kid wanted me to go under a dip bar. Others, a bit fat, were saying, "I can't do that." The skinny kids, only two, could do most of it. "They're watching you because you're strong."

It was good to play the violin today. Actually, I read two books that I needed to return first, then, finally, began to play. I did not play well. I need to find more music. But I spent time with music, and that makes my mind quiet.

On the subway back, laughing at myself, thinking about how Sara called to say hi, and I (1) send her a text message, and the next day (2) leave a voice message, and (3) send an email. Me wishing to not fail in responsiveness... I doubt it hurts, but I doubt it was best. I don't not answer, because when I leave someone a message, I wish to hear from them, usually...
But then, realizing that I had been at my same old game of spouting dreams which I do not make happen, and feeling content to be nothing, but what I am now.

and on that ride, out of the void, popped what I'm doing next: personal trainer. Like Joanna's short friend who finally dumped her boyfriend. And perhaps also dietician.

There is more involved in success in body management & diet management/thrival

but the death/destruction of the physical body is the most visible sign of the malaise.

So, tomorrow. I shall tink on the violin a bit. But I shall research more (1) the pers trainer, and (2) the dietitian.

Remember the woman I met north of sandiego, who had been an IT pro, and now switched to personal training and was much happier. It's hard for people to play if they've already killed th...

It's a nice rainy evening.

I was also cringing a bit a what I wrote yesterday.

Now, I shall work on the web site. Maybe read proust.
