What's going on?

Thought I'd say hi (since I've not heard from you
forever)-- I hope you get this email..

and a reminder to read (both of you) _get rid of
him_ before marrying yourself off to anyone!

Not my preferred way of expressing concern, but
the word I got was people couldn't understand why
chris was hanging out with you what with the way
you were acting with him/ with others at yosemite.

I know that's harsh and based on gossip,

if it's not relevant, it shouldn't bother you,
and if it is,

It means something's wrong!

things are cool here.

making mistakes are what life is for, so you
won't hear another word (like this email's
subject matter) from me-- and I'm sure you'll
make the best decision for you whatever that
might be (you're the only expert on your own
experience, not me!)

but while I'm at it:

beware of finding too much of one's meaning in
life in a relationship with _one_ other person...
there's many other people worth loving, many
other things worth loving (you probably have got
the idea)

and if you're having that much fun with Chris,
chances are quite good there's plenty of other
people out there you can have as much (or more)
fun with. (just to keep things in perspective,
that one-and-only stuff is b.s., I think it's
partly a matter of compatibility, but more a
matter of what's important to two individuals,
and _convenience_ (with respect to the other
things in life that are meaningful to them))

but, obviously, I'm no expert!

these are intended to be simply thought provoking
ideas, and quite possibly _absolutely wrong_!

What did we do that sunday I came back from dc?
I arrived, went to the pool, called her.
Oh, and later she called and we went to orchard beach.
We went back and had some watermelon thanks to desirÈe, and did have some fun in the shower, then I left, and she practiced?

o anne: don't plan on me leaving until september 30. I will try to leave earlier, but as it is perhaps the worst possible time to be looking for a room, and you led me to believe earlier that I could be here for the month of September, quite possibly I will be here for the month of September. But I don't want to stay here any more than you want me to stay here. So if something better comes along before then, I'll leave.

Perhaps it will. Her word of mouth and lack of consistency/changeability with respect to her word (and refusal to work with written word), has been a problem (for me) in the past at various times.

But, with any luck, I'll find a place before then. Gregory Newby, Frank- loot again. We know the routine, we can get in gear.

replacing the 64mb memory chips with the 128mb ones, and also my failed attempt to get the keyboard off to fix the j key (and perhaps others) seems to have fixed the jjj key (and others).

have all your relationships been this good? I'd like to think that they have-- for me though, each new one seems better. I really love that you in many ways seem far more responsive to me and thoughtful (in spite of my earlier thoughts) about my experience, and generally expressive of love and enthusiasm for me than the others in my minimal experience.

I guess what I'm asking is have I been as good for you as you have been for me?

Sara will probably be going to Staten Island again tomorrow. Makes me think if I should get her to return my violin. I don't think I will continue to rent it, and I could probably get something like $25 back.
However, when sara leaves, I will have more free time than I have now. And I may wish to spend some of that time playing.

Perhaps I can wait until 8/23 or so to return the violin, and then soon after or before make a trip to dc and return with the banjo. To give me something other than a computer, harmonica, jaw harp, and voice with which to make musical sounds...

why are there all these people willing to ship cheap stuff--(ebay), I have yet to receive disk drive, but have received other books that I bought cheap.
