did not get much exercise today,  but I have think I have got the desire to think out of my system. I will go on reading certain things, and trying to figure certain things out, but not really sure of my self.

My thoughts are disorganized, and do not usually cohere well. I wish I knew what I were doing and that all my thoughts related to my goal.

I think I have important things to do, but I don't know what they are in detail. Well, Back to work,

Did not get much exercise today, but did not eat much, I slept very little, 4:30 to 8:30 abouts

and am still fine, after feeling a little tired. Read the happiness book by Baucom. Now I'm in the van on the way back from williams berg and because this thing lights I can use it in the car. It's about a 2.5 hr ride.

On the way down, I practiced meditating, or praying, because, apparently, it's been proven to work. This time, I prayed to or at Rebecca, thinking about her, and then spending some time listening to her. I think about her a lot, and it is interesting to think about all this family stuff, to see all these old fat ugly married people walking around holding hands.

It was nice to see David and family, and to see Williamsburg, because there are many people and few cars. Parents were talking about retirement, a sad thing, I think.

Still hoping I can find something to keep me involved all my life. Needs to be , needs to be.

Listening to Garrison K. can only laugh now-- Well, let's try.
